You can go into your database and locate your record in gibbonPerson. Set an MD5 hashed password string into the password field, and then sent passwordStrong and passwordStrongSalt to blank. I can share some SQL to help do this if you need.

Another option is to work out why those emails are not sending. Your server’s error logs would be a good place to start the search.
