Exactly what information would a parent see? I assume basic student information, and homework, but how about gradebook, behaviour etc?
Parents can see whatever you enable: for almost every module there is a parent interface, so you can share as much or as little as you like. On the homepage parents see a dashboard show, for each child, timetable, recent grades, today’s lessons, activities, etc. There is also a nifty CLI report, that allows parents to get an weekly email summary, and then verify they have got it, replacing old fashioned paper diaries.
