# Not Reportable Class

Hi Ross,

Please check on the screen shot attached:  
The class has been sett to " not showing this class in students report" (first screenshot), but when you go to “Course Enrollment by Class”( second screenshot), do I still have to sett to “not reportable” or it would not affect anything since in the class settings it is already sett to “No”?? Or should i sett them both in Class Settings and in Class Enrollment page for a not reportable class??

Ayu, you don’t need to set both: setting Reportable=N at the class level prevents the class being listed as an option in academic reporting contexts (including Formal Assessment). Setting the individual to Reportable=N means that whilst their class shows up, they will not show up on the list of that class. Same same…but different! Ross.
