Not able to enable staff application form

Hi,
I have recently deployed gibbon on a windows machine. I am trying to enable staff application form. For this -

  1. I have created the job opening
  2. Public Application is set to yes in User Admin - Staff Application Form Settings

But whenever I am trying to open Staff Application, I am getting “There are no job openings at this time: please try again later.”

Can someone help please?
