Getting error submitting with new Form Builder Application Form:

Hi Tieku, we discovered that this error can occur if a subheading rather than a heading was added as the first item on a page. I’ve fixed the error in the code for v25 which you can find in this commit, you can apply it to your own install by updating the FormBuilder.php file.
