# Manage Timetables

In screen shot it shows Year Group as Y05, Y06, Y07, Y08, Y09. But if we edit this time tables it shows  
those “Year Groups not in an active TT this year” as in the following screen shot

Actually these year groups are include in this TT or not?

Pls. Help

Hello, the checked groups are in the current timetable, don’t worry. The “Groups not in an active TT this year” refers to all of the year groups you see here, and means that they are not in use in any other timetable this year. If they were, they would not appear in this list, as a year group can only be used in one timetable per academic year. Let us know if this does not help! Ross.
