My list of facility is empty and not sure what caused it…
My facility setting is intact and it has “Classroom,Hall,Laboratory,Library,Office,Outdoor,Performance,Staffroom,Storage,Study,Undercover,Other”

Found the solution under Admin → Manage Facilities (need to grant the permission first)…
