How do I update the data of next school year but don't allow parents and students to know

Hi all

I am now updating the classes and timetable data for next school year. As you know that parents and students can choose their school year under “options” on the login page. What can I do so that only administrator can login and edit the next school year data but no one else could be able to see them?

I am now using gibbon version 8.3

Ryan, with 8.3 there is no easy solution to this. As of v10 you can set, on a per role basis, whether non-current year logins are allowed under Admin > User Damin > Manage Roles. Ross.
