Gibbon does not support drawing directly, but one option is to embed a drawing tool, such as Google Drawing, into a Gibbon lesson.

In terms of mathematics, Gibbon does support the LaTeX language, which is specifically design for displaying formulae: https://docs.gibbonedu.org/teachers/other/latex/
