Currently I can edit single markbook columns; however I wonder if there is any way to enter data for multiple columns at once?

Doubt this is possible except using Query Builder using an update command.
…and for security reasons Query Build does not allow UPDATE commands. You could do it directly in the database.
There is an old module called CFA, where we built this feature in in a limited way, but it never made it to the Markbook. Sandra responded to a duplicate of this post, suggesting some technical difficulties, and those are also very much valid.
