Please find above a screenshot of one of the installations i made, saying that the first check was good to go and that MySQL PDO Support is Installed and ready.

Perharps maybe there is something more i need to do to ensure that the PDO is up and running. Please could you guide me through on how to install it on this cloud host that i am using.

Moreso, i am working on using another Hosting Service, a free one perhaps, so that i can get things going.

But really, i still long for a solution on this so as to be prepared for future occurrences.

Hello, my pleasure to be here to help. It looks like PDO is good, so I suspect it may be down to the way MariaDB is set up. Can you try and test using MySQL instead, on the current host, or the new one? This will shed a lot of light on the issue. Ross.
