gibbon installer not launching

Hello every body,
I am testing gibbon 24 stable on my windows 10 laptop so I did the following

  1. Installed MAMP Free
  2. Installed Apache24
  3. Installed php 7.4
  4. Installed MySql 8.0
  5. downloaded gibbon bundle

my directory looks like this
C:/MAMP/htdocs/gibboncore/installer/

what am I doing wrong
