This happened previously when we were creating columns in the mark book, but today it happens whenever I try and generate a report. Any work around? What am I doing wrong?
Hi Tony, the blank screen is caused by a serious error being flagged by the PHP programming language that Gibbon uses. It is pretty rare, but in the Report, with its ability to customise code, it is more regular.
One approach is to remove elements, one at a time, from the report you are trying to generate, to see which one is causing the problem.
Looking in your PHP error logs can help too. On your server these are located in /var/logs/apache2/error.log, but other types of server store these in different locations.
