Any chance we can change the application form (& subsequently the user) so the language can be gender neutral? Something like passport gender or identifying gender (or both)?
Adam, I think you can do what you want by using Manage User Custom Fields in User Admin. This is new of (I think) v12, and lets you add fields for users, both in user management and application form.
