# Forget Password is not working

Hi vishalr, are emails from anywhere else in the system (such as Other \> Messenger) working, or is it just this area?

Servers generally need setting up in order to be able to send emails, and so that would be my first guess.

What kind of server stack are you running Gibbon on?
