Hi Vishalr, for the first issue your server needs to have out going email set up, or you need (under Admin > System Admin > Third-Party Settings) to enable SMTP email sending on another server. For the second issue, does the user exist in your system with this username (remembering that it is case-sensitive). Hopefully this helps! Ross
