Error in bulk users upload

10 gibbonRoleIDPrimary (8) Primary Role: does not match an existing name in gibbonRole
10 gibbonRoleIDAll (9) All Roles (including Primary Role): does not match an existing name in gibbonRole

this is the error i’m getting but i have added exact same roles as i have in my db.
can anyone guide me on it?

Hi Mariam, it looks like there may be a misplaced heading row or other data on line 10, as the values it’s detecting are “Primary Role:” and “All Roles (including Primary Role):” on line 10 in your spreadsheet, whereas these should be the name of a role as it’s written in Gibbon.
