HE LEIDO LAS INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL CAMBIO DE DE AÑO AL 2020

MIS DUDAS SON LAS SIGUIENTES!

Cuando se cambia el año escolar el sistema solo traslada la informacion de los usuarios, los nombre de familias, grupo de profesores es decir lo que va directamente con los nombres de las personas o hay que reescribir todo¨

EN MI CASO LA INFORMACION CORRESPONDIENTE A CURSOS, HORARIOS, GRUPOS NO CAMBIA,

SOLO HAY AJUSTE Y NUEVOS INGRESOS DE LOS NOMBRE DE ALGUNAS DE LAS NIÑAS PARA CADA GRUPO… LOS CUALES SE HARIAN MANUALMENTE DE ACUERDO CON EL HORARIO ESTABLECIDO.

Hello Beatriz, you are correct, the timetable does not rollover when you do the user rollover. However, there are useful options to help you here:

  • Admin > Timetable Admin > Manage Courses & Classes, use the Copy All To Next Year option to copy courses and classes, but not participants.
  • Admin > Timetable Admin > Course Enrolment Rollover to copy student and/or teacher enrolment over.

Hi Beatriz, I’m not sure I 100% understand the question (google translate can only go so far). Are you setting up a timetable for an upcoming year, and need to access that year? If so, there is a year switcher on the dashboard as well as on the login page (click the options link). This should let you switch between years.
