Custom Fields Custom Heading

Hello Gibbon Community!

I was recently introduced to the Custom Heading feature of the Custom Fields setting in System Administration.

I love the feature already and haven’t even had a chance to toy with very much of it, but I’m running into a display error. When I open a user in the User Admin setting, the heading displays perfectly and sorts my custom fields.

When I’m in the Application Form, though (under admissions), my Custom Heading displays as “H4.” All the fields are still sorted correctly. I’m not sure if I need to adjust something or there is an error.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the heads up, that does indeed look like a bug. I was able to reproduce it and fix it, you can apply the same changes to update your system: https://github.com/GibbonEdu/core/commit/8ab1b7df986e2e3e33f4163fa3eea1a3ce3e4e8a
