@Peter just to let you know that your requested feature, to bulk copy
all form/roll groups from a year to the following year, has now been
implemented in the v11 dev branch. You can see the files that have been
affected at:

This
feature should be backwards compatible with v10, so you can upload the
affected files into your system and use the feature at any time.
