after changing the logo I am not able to see my logo … gibbon logo is removed but not showing my logo kindly guide me.

Your path appears to be in a tmp folder (which is not relative to the Gibbon root), as well as has spaces in it, both of which may be problematic. It would be a good idea to rename the file to something such as logo.png, then place it in your uploads folder, in which case the relative path would be uploads/logo.png`
