Bulk update Student Enrolment values

I thought I should be able to bulk update Student Enrolment values (Year Group, Form Group) using DataStructure-studentEnrolment after initial upload. Does not seem to work. I am getting A database entry for this record could not be found. Record skipped. For each line.

Hi Tieku, this should work, I have used it with several schools a number of different times. Some more information could help with troubleshooting, such as which settings you’re using when importing, and perhaps some screenshots or examples of the first line of the spreadsheet. If it’s not finding a record, then something about the values it’s being given doesn’t match the values in the database. Be sure if it asks for short names that you’ve not entered long names for form groups or year groups.
