Billing schedule - Is it possible to define a recurring monthly billing schedule?


The billing in my school is on a monthly basis. The invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and the due date is always the 10th.
Is it possible to define a single billing schedule to cover this?
Or, do I have to define a different billing schedule for each month? (Because the billing schedule has an Issue date and Due date, that are complete dates, including month and year)

Currently yes, you’d need to create a new billing schedule for each month if you wished to bill monthly. I’ve added a response to your other post here, which in many ways applies to this post as well. The functionality you’re looking for is currently beyond that Gibbon offers by default, and would need some development work to accomplish.
