Billing and ad hoc fees

Hi Ross,

The finance module allows ad hoc amounts to be added when creating invoices. This is really cool allowing more flexibility. My problem is that all these amounts are classified as “Other”, which is too vague. I need to be specific. In my case I like to add a position “Arrears”.

How can I solve this?

When you add a fee, you should see a drop down, like in the attached image.

To customise the contents of this drop down menu, go to Manage Fee Categories.
