I have forgotten my Administration password for login into the Gibbon system. I have exhausted my attempts. When I type in my email address to request for password change the submission goes through but I don’t receive the Password change link in my email inbox not even in the spam box. How can I spot the Password if I used my cPanel phpmysql facility? Please help. Kind Regards Raphael ---

Hello there. I was expecting Sandra to be at hand by now. Could it be that it is a weekend? Kind regards Raphael ---

Hi Raphael! Yep, it is indeed a weekend, at the tail end of a busy week 😃 Yes, you can reset your password through phpMyAdmin and some SQL. Check out Ross’ instructions here and give a shout if this doesn’t work for you: [https://ask.gibbonedu.org/discussion/comment/1435/#Comment\_1435](https://ask.gibbonedu.org/discussion/comment/1435/#Comment_1435)
