Hi there Ross,
Presently only parents and students can register for an activity as the admin privilege is greyed out in permission module. Is it possible to allow the option of admin to register students as is currently done in schools in my country?

Willpro,

If you want an admin to register children into activities, this can be done under the Manage Activities action, by using the Enrolment button for the activity.
