The new update is looking good so far, though, and upgrading keeps getting easier and more reliable each time. Thanks for all the work on your end!

Your three steps got it working, Jack--thank you so much! That all makes sense now that I've got it in place, but I don't think I would have made it without guidance. I had step one all set, but turning off less secure apps for a single account was not intuitive at all. (And it took some additional experimenting to get the app password in place.)

I just send a test email, though, and it came through. Thanks again, Jack, and thank you Ross as well!

Hello Gibbon Community!

I was recently introduced to the Custom Heading feature of the Custom Fields setting in System Administration.



I love the feature already and haven't even had a chance to toy with very much of it, but I'm running into a display error. When I open a user in the User Admin setting, the heading displays perfectly and sorts my custom fields.



When I'm in the Application Form, though (under admissions), my Custom Heading displays as "H4." All the fields are still sorted correctly. I'm not sure if I need to adjust something or there is an error.



Help is appreciated!
