How to enroll parents?
Do parent accounts have to be created the same way student and staff accounts are? Or is there another solution that lets parents sign up linked to their children in our school?
Hi Ernest, correct, all users get created in Admin > User Admin > Manage Users. You assign them a parent role in this part of the system, and then under Admin > User Admin > Manage Families, you can create your families, and tie adults and kids together.
You can use the in-built import features, or
's excellent Data Admin tool, in order to import record and the links between then.
