Increase the length of UserName

Dear Support Team,

in Add User Form, i want to increase the length of username. please guide me how to do it?

    Hi vishalr, at current username is capped at 20 characters, and email at 75. How long do you need these fields to be?

    The change requires multiple database and code changes, and so I'll not try and describe it here, but if your values seem sensible to us we can try and make the change in v22, as we are currently doing final release prep on v21, and so not making such changes in order to avoid instability.
